Abstract: This Laboratory Supplement will provide basic background information relate to the tensile testing of ASTM standard test bars, utilizing a MTS hydraulic tensile tester. Additionally, format requirements for the formal laboratory report and http references are included. This laboratory experiment entails two laboratory hours with about three hours outside class for the laboratory writeup and analysis.
