In this lesson you are asked to demonstrate your overall skills using control charts and problem solving techniques.

You are part of a Process Control Planning Team at Robotic Grippers Inc. (RGI). The Quality and Manufacturing Managers have recommended you as an active participant on the team. Your tasks are to analyze the problems outlined on pages 53-57 of the Process Control Participant Guide and based on the analysis make a recommendation to the Plant Manager Joe Quality.

This will be in the form of a written report and a powerpoint presentation.
